what is electrostatic painting?
Electrostatic painting is a painting method that’s based on the principle that opposites attract. In order to apply a coat of paint to metals and plastics, KB Construction uses equipment and sprayers that create a magnetic field around the object. By giving the item a negative charge and the paint a positive charge, we’re able to apply a smooth and even layer of paint. The end result is a freshly painted metal or plastic object that won’t chip, crack, or peel.
